KMSI assists the client in solving critical and major problems. Kaizen does it by way of a) field a team of Kaizen consultants to actually do the problem solving for the client; b) create a cross-functional team (CFT) problem solving team composed of consultants and client’s people; c) provide direction to client on the process of problem solving. Our involvement covers problem identification, root cause analysis, development of countermeasures and formulation of long term solutions. We can go in at any problem solving phase. KMSI employs managerial, statistical, and engineering/scientific approaches in systematic problem solving.
