KAIZEN Management Systems, Inc. (KMSI) offers a unique approach to business consulting in a manner that allows the client to acquire the management technology while the consulting service is being rendered. The KAIZEN consultant works with the client's personnel in a mentoring process that facilitates internal capability building as problems are being solved. Among others, KMSI offers a range of business consulting services that include the following:

Establishment of Total Quality Management System. KMSI has been a partner of some large corporations for formulation and development of their Total Quality Management System.

Strategic Planning Facilitation. The primary purpose is to help your top and middle management formulate and develop your strategic plan. Our consultant guides you through the strategic planning process, asks unbiased challenging questions, and suggests approaches to some critical issues.

Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) Problem Solving in Manufacturing. Our consultants can help organize Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) and problem solving teams to address issues like delayed product shipment, slow cycle time, high product rejection rate, unbalanced assembly lines, too much work-in-process, process/product variability, high inventory carrying costs, long change-over and slow setup time, high machine breakdown rate, high product return rate, design of experiments, safety issues, and other production/operations problems. We can help setup internal structures and standards to allow the practice of Kaizen or Continuous Improvement for the whole company to benefit.

In-House/In-Plant Training. We can do customized in-plant or in-house training on management and technical capability improvement similar to the public seminars and workshops that we have in our list.
